**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at NutriPea. In this role, you will oversee various projects aimed at enhancing our production processes and product offerings. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality plant-based ingredients to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Utilize project management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project status and address any concerns.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or food industry setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is advantageous but not mandatory.
