We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** with a focus on successfully navigating and delivering creative, digital and traditional marketing projects. This role can be based in the Kitchener-Waterloo, ON region or remotely.

**What you bring**

The ability and experience to support the PMO and ensure that marketing projects are executed using Agile methodologies, with a focus on flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement. The awareness and capacity to assist their manager and the broader client and creative services team to ensure the level of integrity is achieved for each project - deliverables and deployments happen on time, on budget and within project scope.

**What you’ll do**

**People l Team Engagement**:Work with and provide support to senior project managers and sponsors to ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach, motivate, influence and challenge teams and members to produce great work by partnering with the project sponsor. Coordinate weekly/daily/ quarterly meetings with team to share updates and facilitate a collaborative design and development environment while helping to remove impediments that may impact the effectiveness of the team and their ability to deliver projects on time. Foster an environment of responsiveness and shared accountability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and value.

**Consistent Results**:Support the Project Office (Project Sponsor, Project Manager, other coordinators) in producing work that supports industry, target company, market mapping and planning, is excellent, on requirement, on time and on budget.

**Agile Delivery l Triage Work: **Assist with schedule management and help to streamline work between all team members and stakeholders while adhering to and acting as a champion of the project process. Besides coordinating daily/weekly and quarterly meetings to share updates, challenges, and breakthroughs we’ll look to you to remove any impediments that may impact the effectiveness of the team and their ability to deliver projects on time while fostering an environment of shared accountability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and value.

**Improve: **Use, explore and champion the use of forward looking, next generation technologies and processes. Support project/program communication and process by defining/deploying appropriate project scope (project charters, briefs), objectives, resources, and deliverables with tracked deliverables, milestones and adjustments as required. Leverage and build on existing tools and processes.

**Gain Alignment and Understanding**:Manage scope, the runway and identify opportunities for greatness along the path towards the goal. This includes translating creative briefs into amazing brand work business requirements into technical outcomes.

**Analytics: **Data capture is key for data driven decisions - develop and present reports on project progress. Encourage 100% participation from teams to capture productivity measures, project results (KPIs) and status.

**What you’ve got**
- University or college degree in a field related to the role or a combination of education and related experience
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in traditional and digital project and delivery in a marketing agency, with 2+ years in a marketing agency, digital/technology or consulting environment delivering high quality client solutions and services to diverse stakeholders, successfully resolving issues when needed.
- Active work/experience successfully delivering client solutions, consistently receiving high customer service reviews, resolving issues quickly; demonstrating the ability to define and delivery high quality services to customers; and delivering profitable service portfolios.
- Experience and proficiency working with common project management and tools such as Excel, SharePoint/Microsoft Lists, Dynamics Marketing (Customer Journey), Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Office and/or other custom solutions.
- Successful implementation in a content driven agile project setting is a plus - including continuous delivery, continuous deployment, and continuous improvement.
