The Role In a Nutshell
- The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager
- Project coordination for a variety of residential renovation projects across all phases of construction, from preconstruction to project close-out
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring budgets, schedules and expectations are met while collaborating closely with Preconstruction and Production teams
- Assist Project Manager with management of key project stakeholders (clients, suppliers, trade partners)
- Assist Project Manager in project administration requirements (maintenance of project schedules, coordination of client meetings, document management)
- Monitor project budgets against actual expenditures, creating reports of internal review

**Experience Required**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in Project Coordination experience in residential construction or design-build environments
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Buildertrend is a significant asset.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field as asset. Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in construction project coordination will also be considered.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships.
