**Project Coordinator**

**How you can succeed**:

- Success means exceptional customer service, professionalism and listening attitude to understand our customer’s vision of their renovation
- Have a solid understanding of residential renovation and construction products and techniques
- Be a team player who loves contributing to the success of the team and can lead from their own chair
- Support the Director of Construction in decision making, estimating and quality control
- Be detail oriented: You know the “devil’s in the details”
- Be flexible: we are growing, so stretch goals and being willing to learn is vital to your success

**Key responsibilities**:

- Interpret drawings and specifications
- Procurement of construction materials
- Track project progress against schedule, specifications and budget
- Manage facets of project: communication with homeowners, subtrades and support field technicians
- Regular site visits including quality control
- Coordinate project activities with designers, city inspectors, vendors and trade partners
- Track project milestones/deliverables, change orders and invoicing
- Document management: prepare and distribute project documentation
- Perform site visits and prepare progress reports
- Schedule trade partners and installations by vendors

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year experience in project coordinator or project manager roles
- Education in construction management or trades is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, construction project management software (i.e. Coconstruct, ProCore, or Builder Trend etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
