Job Description

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, the incumbent of this position will be responsible of developing and driving e-commerce adoption, customer & technical support, training and management of the web orders logistic. The e-commerce coordinator may also be called upon to participate in the support and development of the e-commerce platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track internal & external adoption of e-commerce by producing reports and presenting recommendations to improve adoption based on data
- Use primary and secondary data to optimize the internal search engine results
- Develop training material and occasionally perform live presentations and demonstrations of the e-commerce platform to employees and customers
- Document, troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, report more complex issues to IT or the web development teams
- Help deepen our customer knowledge (engagement, buying cycle, retention, purchase intent)
- Document internal processes for technical and customer support
- Gather, document and address feedback and suggestions received from customers and employees on the e-commerce platform
- In partnership with the IT team, perform quality assurance tests on newly developed e-commerce features before they’re launched
- In partnership with the marketing department, write internal communication memos and updates regarding the status of e-commerce (technical issues, launches, development, etc.)
- Publish marketing content (banners, landing pages, articles, etc.) on the website
- Contribute to the development of marketing and e-commerce initiatives
- Any other e-commerce related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and PowerBI or equivalent analytics software
- Demonstrated interest in new technologies (apps, e-commerce, social media, etc.)
- Basic or advanced knowledge of electrical products considered a considerable asset
- Basic knowledge of HTML considered an asset
- An excellent capacity to adapt and a willingness to proactively lead projects
- Must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven and comfortable around spreadsheets
- Rigorous and driven by the achievement of objectives
