We work closely with designers and architects to create superior quality consumer environments and develop new products and finishes to meet the demands of a globally competitive retail sector. From full retail environments to a store fixture to retail shelving to a simple visual display, our custom fixtures become part of the retail environments of some of the most prestigious retailers worldwide.

The **Logistics Coordinator **will assist with the coordination of all shipments from project start to delivery. Duties will include:

- Using the ERP system to track and organize shipments.
- Print reports for all shipments and coordinate with assembly and warehousing.
- Determine shipment dims, weight, ready date, required date, and delivery scope.
- Determine best mode of transport based on the above.
- Track product through shop and vendors to ensure on time.
- Track carrier pick up.
- Track shipment to the point of delivery.
- Create packing slips, BOL’s, and customs documentation for shipments as required.
- Work with estimating/project managers and freight partners to quote orders and maintain competitive pricing.
- Maintain internal and 3PL warehousing.
- Compare ready date, order’s physical dimension, and ship date to determine if 3PL warehousing is required.
- Work with Warehouse Coordinator and ensure goods are consolidated on time for shipping.
- Transfer parts within the ERP system to match physical movements.
- Confirm supply meets demand for upcoming shipments.
- Review packaging requirements on a shipment-by-shipment basis and work with internal departments to ensure quantity and lead time is achieved.
- Inspect packaging solutions for fragile product (top heavy, glass, acrylic), etc.
- Maintain HTS codes in ERP.
- Maintain NAFTA certificates.
- Perform NAFTA qualifying calculations.

**THE SKILLSET**:

- A College Diploma in International Business/Logistics or equivalent.
- A minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- A general understanding of customs and trade.
- Experience within manufacturing required and within the retail fixtures industry is an asset.
- Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF Editor.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude toward teamwork and strong relational skills.
- Sound decision making abilities.
- Resourceful and a problem solver.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks.
