Toronto, Canada First Line Physiotherapy Full time

**Required Hours: 3:00 PM-7:00 PM (2 evenings/week from Mon-Thurs); Saturday (1-2x/month); 8:00 AM-4:00 PM** (flexible scheduling required with other evening/weekend receptionist on a monthly basis).

First Line Physiotherapy is a Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy clinic located in North York. We are looking to add a part-time evening/weekend clinical receptionist to add to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a small family of professionals working to enrich the lives of people within our community.

Responsibilities Include:

- Welcoming clients to the facility, following intake procedures (for new clients) and performing all necessary health screening.
- Assisting patients with forms, scheduling, and other inquiries.
- Fielding phone calls and questions from current clients, prospective clients, and the public. Contacting current and former clients to monitor ongoing care plans.
- Calling/billing/communicating with clients and insurance organizations related to billing, payments, and managing ongoing accounts (including MVA and WSIB).
- Monitor and manage the schedules of the practitioners during and surrounding their clinical shifts.
- Maintaining cleanliness around the clinic, and ensuring that everyone in the clinic is following the necessary safety protocols.
- Assisting with regular in-clinic cleaning duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- clinical reception/reception: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
