Responsibilities include:

- Telephone and patient reception
- Patient booking and payment processing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- General administrative support

We are looking for applicants who have ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility in terms of specific hours. Our downtown clinics are open Monday through Thursday from 7am-7pm and on Fridays from 7am-5pm. The specific shifts needed to be covered at this time are on Monday's and Wednesday's from 3:00pm - 7:15pm.

Experience in a rehabilitation setting would be ideal but not critical.

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
