Montréal, Canada Les Anges Gardiennes Pet Care Full time

We are currently looking for a dynamic customer service oriented individual to join our Les Anges Gardiennes Pet Care Services team located at 930 De Courcelle Street, Montreal.
- Key responsibilities : _
- Be an integral part of continued success by handling incoming calls and providing superior, professional, efficient and courteous customer service.
- Scheduling and organising reservations with the proper location and Angels.
- Deal effectively with customer requests and\or complaints by working closely with people working in the field (Angels) and management
- Analyze individual customer issues efficiently and quickly and determine the most optimal solution
- Handle service requests from clients and schedule Angels who are available for the required service.
- Scheduling shifts and services at the Center
- Provide a variety of administrative support in a fast paced environment
- Communicate efficiently and works in a harmonious and professional manner with team members
- Ensure the smooth running of day to day field services (Pet taxi, Pet care hotel..).
- Sales and marketing
- Work closely with field angels with regular calls and communication
- Knowledge of animals and pet care an asset
- Qualifications : _
- Mandatory bilingualism English, French (interview test)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency and priorities
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent and creative problem solving skills
- Able to incorporate and execute proper SOP's
- Strong organizational skills and idea sharing
- Believe and demonstrate the culture and values of the company
- Motivated and open person who maintains a positive vision
- Minuteness, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Rigour and proactivity
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, Gmail and various
- communications and planning systems
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- WORK SCHEDULE_
- Full time PM shift 1-9 pm Monday to Friday OR Part time 3-9 pm Monday to Friday
