We are looking for a full time _Project Manager_ to join our rapidly growing team.

**What You’ll Do**

The Service Coordinator / Scheduler will work closely with our team of highly qualified and resourceful technicians, as well as the internal project team. You will also liaise with clients’ site supervisors to facilitate site inspections, equipment delivery and installations on multiple projects of varying scope, covering the GTA, Southern & Southwestern Ontario
- Specific Duties Include:_
- Liaise with site contacts to schedule dates for site checks to aid preparation of engineering & production release drawing
- Position our technicians for success by scheduling & assigning daily work - assessing job needs, matching appropriate skillset to the task required & considering geography to ensure timely job completion
- Familiarize yourself with drawings and specs & collaborate with technicians & Shop Supervisor to ensure all required equipment and hardware are ready for installation team; minimize return trips to site
- Schedule electricians in timely manner, to ensure building inspection and occupancy dates are met satisfactorily; obtain ESA permit numbers and schedule inspections accordingly, following completion of work on job sites
- Manage warranty fulfilment site visits, ensuring issues are resolved in reasonable time
- Diligently update and track schedule of all upcoming installs and service checks
- Manage bin inventory - ordering and ensuring all bin quantities are correct and delivered on time for each project
- Reconcile all daily deliveries and completed work for Accounts department billing; work with Project Coordinator and Accounts department to research & resolve billing questions or issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, dealing with a variety of personalities
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills for timely adherence to project deadlines.
- Proven ability to read technical drawings an asset (willing to train)
