If you can see yourself working at a fast-growing company in a small team environment with room to grow, this could be the right fit for you **Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor Role**: We produce custom portable backdrops for events and exhibitions. Your role will be to collaborate and create large format custom designs for our client’s orders. Expect to: - Work with customers across multiple industries such as entertainment, medical, finance, tech, etc - Follow up with clients regularly to ensure all their needs are met - Help address any customer service issues such as lost packages, missed deadlines, etc. - Continuously maintain client deadlines - Coordinate with colleagues in job management, artwork submission, and product delivery deadlines **Experience and Requirements of the Sales Advisor** **Role**: We hire based on cultural fit Although education and experience are important for the role, we place a large importance on personal character, drive, and ability.
