- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and vendor information
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely supply of office materials
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting activities and monitor departmental expenses
- Provide support for training & development initiatives to enhance team performance

**Skills**
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and basic accounting principles
- Strong front desk management skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Human resources experience including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Extensive office experience with clerical and administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and document management
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients
- Demonstrated team management abilities with a focus on training & development
- Ability to handle vendor management efficiently
- Competence in managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner
- Budgeting skills to assist in financial planning and expense control
