**Role Summary**

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be managing and growing relationships with key clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities. This role demands a proactive, customer -centric mindset to meet client needs, achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business

Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating client activities and addressing service needs

Conduct regular check ins to understand client needs and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions

Foster relationships with client personnel, contractors and external stakeholders
- Sales Growth & Business Development

Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand product usage within accounts

- Operational Excellence

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market trends to internal teams

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and client needs

Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client inquiries to maintain high satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Interior Design or Architectural Technology
- Equivalent Experience in our industry may be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Highly Organized, details oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast
- paced environment
- Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for exceeding goals
