**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis to expand the client base.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and optimize client engagement.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities.
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing value propositions and strategic recommendations.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Attend sales meeting and events as required
- Develop and maintain weekly selling plan while maintaining customer growth
- Familiarity with NetSuite
- Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they relate to account growth is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and influence stakeholders.

Pay: $40,036.05-$150,000.00 per year
