Bookkeeper/office Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures to align with organizational goals.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial reporting and record keeping.
- Perform payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or bookkeeper.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting, account reconciliation, and payroll management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.21-$32.54 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
