**SEO AND PRODUCT DATA COORDINATOR**

**Job Summary**:
Groupe Dynamite is seeking a passionate SEO Coordinator to join our E-commerce team and help us manage all aspects of product data and product data governance. The SEO Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of SEO and PIM strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure that product data is accurate and engaging through both E-comm and B&M channels;
- Develop data governance policies, standards, and procedures;
- Establish processes for data validation, enrichment, and normalization to maintain data accuracy and consistency;
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and priorities while ensuring data consistency across all channels;
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into PIMS requirements and vice versa;
- Partner with E-commerce and Digital Marketing teams to improve data quality to increase search engine optimization traffic;
- Conduct regular analysis of PIMS usage, data quality, and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement;
- Work with the A/B testing experts to validate hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions;
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for content creation and optimization;
- Implement on-page optimization techniques, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for target keywords.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Proven SEO and/or website coding experience is an asset;
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Google My business, WebTrends);
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Familiarity with CMS systems such as WordPress;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting performance data;
- Experience in other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS systems such as WordPress;
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO;
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
