**Summary**
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering beautiful jewelry to women everywhere.
**Office location & Hours**:
8296 Devonshire suite 200, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1H7
Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
**Responsibilities**
- Work with Marketing Director to create a marketing and social media calendar to be implemented across channels
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Create engaging visual and written content with the team for social platforms, including but not limited to instagram, tik tok, Pinterest & blog posts
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote upcoming events in showroom and supporting retailers
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Organize brand photoshoots
- Share marketing resources with press & retailers for editorial
- Influencer campaigns
**Requirement / Skills**:
- Minimum of 1 year agency or brand experience in a Marketing role.
- Strong writing skills in English and French, copywriting experience a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
- Have a thorough knowledge of social media platforms
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Photography and editing experience a plus
- Be results-oriented, resourceful, responsible, and autonomous.
- Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing best practices
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Montréal. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le renforcement de la présence de notre marque et la stimulation de l’engagement grâce à des stratégies marketing innovantes. Votre contribution sera essentielle à notre mission de proposer de magnifiques bijoux aux femmes partout dans le monde.

Du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30
**Responsabilités**
- Travailler avec la Directrice marketing pour créer un calendrier marketing et réseaux sociaux à déployer sur tous les canaux
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies SEO efficaces pour améliorer la visibilité en ligne
- Créer du contenu visuel et écrit engageant avec l’équipe pour les réseaux sociaux, y compris mais sans s’y limiter Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest et articles de blogue
- Coordonner les campagnes de marketing numérique sur plusieurs canaux
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les données clients afin d’orienter les stratégies marketing
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de design pour produire du matériel promotionnel
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et du marketing pour promouvoir les événements à venir dans le showroom et chez les détaillants partenaires
- Suivre et analyser la performance des campagnes à l’aide d’outils d’analyse
- Préparer et gérer les campagnes d’infolettres pour la liste d’abonnés
- Organiser les séances photo de la marque
- Partager les ressources marketing avec la presse et les détaillants pour les parutions éditoriales
- Gérer les campagnes avec les influenceurs
**Exigences / Compétences**:
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en agence ou au sein d’une marque dans un rôle marketing
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais et en français, expérience en rédaction publicitaire un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication
- Très bonne connaissance des plateformes de réseaux sociaux
- Connaissance de Photoshop
- Expérience avec Shopify ou plateformes e-commerce similaires
- Expérience avec Klaviyo
- Expérience en photographie et retouche, un atout
- Être orienté(e) résultats, débrouillard(e), responsable et autonome
- Solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques en SEO et marketing sur les réseaux sociaux
- Maîtrise de Google Analytics et autres outils d’analyse
- Capacité à travailler en collaborat
