We are seeking an organized and proactive **Production Coordinator** to join our dynamic art department team. The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the art department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating team schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow between departments and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, this role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and effective multitasking abilities, alongside the responsibility of coordinating packaging artwork, social media, and sales team requests.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Schedule Management:

- Create and maintain team schedules based on project requirements and deadlines;
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to allocate resources and ensure optimal utilization of time and talent;
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

2. Workflow Management:

- Manage the workflow of the art department, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to deadlines;
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Creative Design Manager;
- Coordinate graphic art requests from product, social media and sales teams and assign them to the graphic designers, keep track of them in the schedule and ensure that any changes and updates are communicated in a timely fashion.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the art department and other departments;
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners, to facilitate collaborative projects and ensure timely delivery of assets;
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and managing departmental documentation.

Qualifications:

- College or university diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training;
- Strong organizational skills, scheduling abilities and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar position

Nous recherchons un **Coordinateur (trice) de production** organisé (e) et proactif (ive) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique du département artistique. Le Coordinateur (trice) de production jouera un rôle crucial dans la facilitation du bon fonctionnement du département en gérant les tâches administratives, en coordonnant les plannings de l'équipe et en assurant un flux de travail efficace entre les départements et les parties prenantes externes.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de la Conception Créative, ce rôle exige un sens aigu du détail, d'excellentes compétences en communication et des capacités de multitâches efficaces, en plus de la responsabilité de coordonner les demandes d'art graphique pour l'emballage, les médias sociaux et l'équipe de ventes.

- Créer et maintenir les plannings de l'équipe en fonction des exigences et des délais du projet ;
