Modextil Inc. is a menswear fashion company based in Montreal with a worldwide distribution. Its Head Office in Montreal is seeking a Production Coordinator with strong experience in the apparel industry that will coordinate the company's production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate styles and generate purchase orders (POs) for vendors.
- Proactively follow up and communicate with the design team and technicians regarding comments on lab dips (L/D), strike-offs (S/Os), labeling approvals, and maintain clear records of these communications.
- Order nominated labels and manage the distribution and sending of price tickets.
- Conduct pre-checks on received samples for labeling, ticketing, and packaging accuracy.
- Handle the sending of parcels to customers and vendors, as well as the receipt and distribution of incoming parcels.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and review reports to ensure labeling and ticketing accuracy.
- Perform regular office duties and any other tasks related to the smooth operation of the production process.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience as a production coordinator.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

**Responsabilités**:

- Générer des styles et créer des bons de commande (BC) pour les fournisseurs.
- Suivre de manière proactive et communiquer avec l'équipe de design et les techniciens concernant les commentaires sur les lab dips (L/D), les strike-offs (S/Os), les approbations d'étiquetage et maintenir des enregistrements clairs de ces communications.
- Commander les étiquettes nommées et gérer la distribution et l'envoi des tickets de prix.
- Effectuer des pré-contrôles sur les échantillons reçus pour l'exactitude de l'étiquetage, du ticketing et de l'emballage.
- Gérer l'envoi de colis aux clients et fournisseurs, ainsi que la réception et la distribution des colis entrants.
- Coordonner les inspections par des tiers et examiner les rapports pour assurer l'exactitude de l'étiquetage et du ticketing.
- Effectuer des tâches de bureau régulières et toute autre tâche liée au bon déroulement du processus de production.

**Exigences**:

- 3-5 ans d'expérience en tant que coordinateur de production.
- Compétences organisationnelles solides pour gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
- Compétences avérées en résolution de problèmes et capacité à s'adapter à des situations dynamiques.
- Familiarité avec la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
