The Sales & Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, quality control, and customer outreach and daily office operations by ensuring efficient workflow, invoicing and billing, program and incentive implementation and providing excellent client service.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages with professional phone etiquette.
