**Role Overview**: The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is the first point of contact for patients, representing Aesthetix MD and Qualitas Care Clinic. **Key Competencies**:

- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and use initiative

- Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems (MedAccess and Jane)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
