**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate inventory of all consumables such as hair nets and beard nets, household cleaning products and PPE and, ensure proper receiving and storage.
- At as a back-up for the Facility Supervisor.
- Provide on the spot training and guidance to associates as needed.
- Trouble shoot and perform minor repairs and ensure good working order of hand soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and mechanical equipment such as snowblowers and leaf blowers.
- Ensure continued cleanliness of the facility by actively cleaning common areas such as offices, lunchrooms, and locker rooms.
- Ensure grounds are continuously kept neat and tidy by cleaning litter, removing snow, and collecting leaves.
- Assist in the management of the uniform contractor and locker assignment
- Assist with the management of off-site parking permits
- Assist with the set-up of company events such as holiday parties and BBQ’s
- Responsible for maintaining all pertinent records and ensure they are completed and signed.
- Adhere to plant GMP policies and ensure continued GMP compliance by all member of the facility housekeeping and janitorial team.
- Ensure all food and non-food waste are properly collected and sent to the appropriate waste streams.
- Be able to support any member of the janitorial team or housekeeping team as needed.
- 70% of responsibilities are hands-on hands on and 30% constitute maintaining records, inventory management and assisting the Facilities Supervisor in leading a high performing team.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma, required
- 1-2 years’ experience preferred
- Able to lift and move objects between 25-50 lbs
- Forklift operator license would be considered an asset
- Mechanically inclined would be considered an asset
- Experience training and coaching other associates
- Proficiency in English, reading and writing
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Team player with a “Can do” Attitude
- Passion for driving results and engaging a team
