**Hours Per Week**: 37.50 hours
**Pay Range**: Payband F - $31.05 to $35.99

**Qualifications**:

- Three year Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Nonprofit Management, or related program
- Recent, practical experience in database management such as Raisers Edge NXT or similar fundraising/sales databases
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and platforms, e.g. QuickBooks Online.
- Demonstrated skills with the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis, synthesize information and compile reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience providing professional support to diverse client groups
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to work under the pressure of multiple tasks and deadlines
- In-person, on-site position; must be able to reliably commute and/or relocate to North Bay, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Manager and Alumni and Foundation team in several key areas including reporting, gift processing, donor relations and special events
- Coordinating meetings, note taking and distributing minutes
- Perform gift entry and information management activities to ensure clean and accurate data is captured, updated and maintained in Raisers Edge NXT databae.
- Assist with financial compliance and reconciliation with the Foundation bookkeeping team at monthly, quarterly and annual intervals, and College Finance staff as required
- Support annual audit to ensure Foundation receives an unqualified result
- Ensure timely and accurate deposit, receipting and reconciliation of donations
- Create database records for and run reports relating to constituents, gifts and events
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all files
- Draft communications related to scholarships and bursary programs
- Assist as required with the preparation of endowment reports and annual appeals
- Assist with the design and development of alumni, donor and financial reports
- Monitor and report on metrics related to departmental needs
- Other duties as assigned
