**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and develop an employee to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field of study;
- 3 years + of experience in digital marketing and/or project management, content development;
- Experience in retail or digital agency an asset;
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
