Montréal, Canada In-Sport Fashions Full time

In-Sport is a Montreal-based distributor of outdoor products that is over 30 years old. They distribute numerous renowned brands in the outdoor-lifestyle industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Team to execute **bilingual **newsletter campaigns for both transactional websites and B2B campaigns.
- Creating all content in French and English.
- Communicating with brand managers and collecting and organizing assets/catalogs/product information needed for the execution of newsletters.
- Following the marketing calendar and ensuring we are on track.
- Ensuring that the quality, coherence is consistent across platforms and on-brand for each brand.
- Analyzing results and suggesting improvements. Compile reports showing results (ex: ROI).
- Work with the in-house graphic designer to ensure assets are made on time.
- List management of our subscribers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A marketing, communications or public relations degree is welcomed but not required.
- Excellent language skills in English AND French. Spelling is important.
- Creative writing skills.
- A smart thinker with a solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Creativity that is not hindered by lack of assets or content.
- Must be creative but also analytical. All decisions should be data-driven.
- Excellent language skills in English AND French. Spelling is important.
- Team player that can listen and learn.
- Efficient and effective worker.
- Detail-focused.
- _Experience with Photoshop and Canva is a plus._
- Working knowledge of HTML coding is a plus.
