WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Tasks
- Ensure assets received by marketing team meet the technical requirements and deadlines
- Implement personalization and utilise dynamic content when needed
- Structure A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on results
- Monitor industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Make sure all tactics are compliant with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation
- Ensure quality of all deliverables
- Assist team members with day-to-day digital and administrative tasks and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Experience in eCommerce, an asset
- Strong abilities to perform tasks that require precision and focus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and work with short deadlines
- Autonomous
- Team player and ability to bring positive leadership and creative ideas
- Strong communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Jira, an asset
- Good problem solving-skills
- Perfectly bilingual (English/French)
