Looking to expand your customer service career in a supportive, upbeat, fast-paced and fun environment?

Maxwell Fabrics is a fashion-forward, Vancouver-based têxtile firm distributing decorative fabrics to the interior design trade in North America.

You will work in person out of our South Vancouver showroom with our existing customer base of interior design professionals to help them source and select fabrics and wallcoverings from our in-house collection library. You will be responsible for the organization of the sample inventory including replenishing samples as they are loaned out and hanging up new display fabrics.

What you can bring to the Maxwell team:

- Passion and eye for color, design and style. A background in interior design, fashion merchandising, or visual display are all assets but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Curiosity and ability to continually learn about our fabrics and product in order to share your knowledge with our customers
- Creative problem solving on your own
- Authentic, upbeat attitude while working with our clients and sales rep

Previous customer care experience, including retail experience, is a requirement.
