What is the vision and purpose of this role?_**
- ** Increase sales capacity **by supporting the Sales Consultant team via coordination of sales orders, helping maximize efficiency across software platforms and to focus on proactive communication with customers.
- **Support key account needs** by responding to incoming inquiries, new order requests and customer service needs in a timely manner. Ensuring collaboration between internal co-workers and processes are followed.
- **Champion the customer experience **by being the first point of contact via both incoming phone calls and showroom visiting customers and clients. Facilitating a hospitable and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a talented individual looking to bring their hospitality, retail, or sales administration experience to our dynamic and growing company. We are looking for this individual to bring these 5 key competencies;
**Communication and Customer Service**
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable introducing new clients to who Foundry is and what makes us unique in the industry.
**Organization + Attention to Detail**
- Strong attention to detail, specifically with financial information, such as accurate sales order totals, tax calculations, etc.
- Able to organize and access information sources, such as Sharepoint, server files, individual folders.
- Able to organize and coordinate multiple tasks for multiple individuals or customers efficiently.
**Problem Solving**
- Able to seek out information needed to react and respond accordingly.
**Collaboration**
- Willing and able to work collaboratively with other team members.
**Software Aptitude**
- Experience Microsoft Office - Sharepoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to learn and utilize, help maintain and manage CRM software (Hubspot).
- Able to learn and utilize quoting software (AQ) + ERP software (SAP).
**_What will you be doing?_**
**Reception**
- Office coordination including setting up meeting rooms for consultants with coffee/food as requested, catering orders and event support.
- Ensure showroom floor is organized and the welcome experience is consistent (welcome process, coffee/tea bar stocked etc.)
- Ensure showroom opening and closing tasks are taken care of including unlocking/locking, tidying, loading/unloading dishwasher etc.
**Sales**
- Make new sales from showroom floor - provide equipment information, stock status and pricing. Creating new orders in ERP and taking payment.
**Order Coordination**
- Coordinate logistics of open sales orders, calling customers to advise items are ready to ship, scheduling deliveries with warehouse team.
- Communicate with clients/sales on status of open sales orders, such as ETA for incoming equipment.
- Facilitate incoming payments of open sales orders, via online payment tool or through finance team.
**General Sales Assistance**
- Provide pricing and quoting assistance for incoming requests for accounts on behalf of sales consultants.
- Facilitate incoming customer service needs, directing accounts to appropriate consultants, coordinating service providers and or field complaints.
