Design Showroom Sales Associate - Casual Position

Since 2007, Provide has been an essential source of thoughfully curated accessories, furniture, lighting and art for home interiors.

Provide is seeking a Design Showroom Sales Associate to join the our team.

Can work between 10 -5:30 during the weekday with the ability to work the occasional Saturday day shift.

YOU ARE
- Hard-working and able to achieve sales targets
- An excellent communicator who thrives on interacting with people
- Creative, with a desire to continually learn about the interior design industry - Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently when required
- Punctual, with strong time management skills
- Level-headed - you are calm and proffesional during sensitive situations
- Able to work a flexible schedule including the occasional Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service - be prompt, friendly and knowledgeable
- Develop repeat clientele by interacting with and engaging customers
- Manage current product information in the showroom and on our website
- Produce/submit purchase orders to suppliers and review current inventory levels - Receive orders and perform inventory counts as needed
- Coordinate accurate fulfillment of special orders as required
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Maintain a well organized, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment

CORE COMPETENCIES
- 2 to 3 years of customer service sales experience
- Excellent Apple computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shopify POS system

ASSETS
- Home interiors retail sales experience - Interior design education
