We are looking for a Showroom Manager who is highly organized, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining a refined, welcoming environment for our clients.

Role Overview

The Showroom Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is impeccably prepared, garments are handled with care, and clients receive elevated service. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys structure, movement, and being a key support to a growing luxury business.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations

* Open and prepare the showroom daily, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentation-ready

* ⁠Ensure fitting rooms, displays, and accessories are properly arranged

Garment Handling & Logistics

* Steam and prepare garments to showroom standards

* ⁠Coordinate garment drop-offs and pick-ups with our tailors

* ⁠Deliver completed garments to clients as needed

* ⁠Ensure garments are handled carefully and tracked accurately

Inventory Management

* Manage inventory of accessories and showroom essentials

* ⁠Track incoming and outgoing garments and accessories

* ⁠Notify management when stock or supplies need replenishing

Client Support

* Greet clients warmly and assist during appointments when needed

* ⁠Ensure garments are ready and properly prepared for fittings

* ⁠Support a seamless client experience from arrival to departure

Administrative & Support Tasks

* Assist in managing multiple showrooms on floor (as applicable)

* ⁠Maintain organization of schedules, deliveries, and internal processes

* ⁠Communicate effectively with tailors, team members, and management

* ⁠Support additional showroom or operational tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* ⁠Reliable, punctual, and professional

* ⁠Able to multitask and manage logistics independently

* ⁠Physically able to steam garments and make deliveries

* ⁠Strong communication and time-management skills

* ⁠Previous experience in fashion, retail, luxury services, or showroom environments is an asset (but not required)
