**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch customer service
- Manage the dining space and ensure it is organized, clean, and inviting at all times
- Interact with guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and timely delivery
- Enforce health and safety standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals and targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus
- This position is paid hourly based on experience
- Professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
