We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, storing, tracking and reporting on all HR employee data and KPIs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Sole owner for the processing and administration of all employee data changes and updates in HRIS and other systems. Overall responsibility for maintaining data integrity.
- Continuous market analysis and review to ensure legislative compliance in all HR activities and policies.
- Generate and review HRIS, Payroll and all HR related reports on a weekly/monthly basis or as required to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. This includes tracking of all HR KPIs and providing reports for monthly executive review.
- Deal with any relevant employee requests for information and/or documentation (i.e., employee verification letters, benefits information, etc.).
- Registers employees in all relevant employee programs, including benefits, pensions, etc.
- Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and practices.
- Develop, plan and execute employee wellness programs to enhance work environment and engagement levels.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or another relevant field
- Computer and system savvy
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent customer orientation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,962.51-$60,000.00 per year
