We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role by taking ownership of bookkeeping, human resources support, and more. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports our team’s long-term growth. Your expertise in accounting, communications, and organization will help drive the success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping & Finance**:Complete full cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks as well as payroll processing (hourly/salaried employees, T4s, etc.). Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- **Human Resources & Office Admin**:Maintain accurate employee records and files, coordinate onboarding of new hires, schedule health and safety training, and track certificates.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor project expenses and track costs against budget to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or accounting.

**Education**:

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction and/or knowledge of general construction practices would be an asset.

**Communication**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

**Salary**:

- Commensurate with experience

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
