We are looking for a Human Resources Associate to join our small, talented HR team and own a portfolio focusing on employee relations and employee engagement. You will help us drive a workforce culture driven by our core values.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with our front-line leaders to drive all employee relations issues including progressive discipline, absenteeism, corrective actions (including training), while ensuring appropriate documentation and issue resolution. This includes ownership of employee exit programs to identify trends and recurring causes for departures.
- Drive all employee engagement programs including planning, execution, analysis, and action planning of all engagement survey results. This includes smaller pulse surveys and more significant third-party surveys.
- Analyze existing HR technology infrastructure to help drive business efficiency. Use existing tools and technology to drive our manager and employee self-serve model.
- Continuous market analysis and review to ensure legislative compliance in all HR activities and policies. Ensure Pillar5 remains fully compliant with all laws and regulations.
- Develop, plan and execute employee wellness programs to enhance work environment and engagement levels. Build out a program to effectively reach out to our employee base to drive employee engagement.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or another relevant field
- Min 3 years HR experience
- Computer and system savvy
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent customer orientation

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
