**_Note:_**_ This is a full-time, 12-month Contract position based in London, ON. Reporting directly reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education._

**COMPANY INTRODUCTION**
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

**JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION**
Our team is looking for a full-time, contract Call Centre Associate. The primary responsibility of the Call Centre Associate is to book outreaches for each centre within a call centre atmosphere, and maintain the system of bookings and appointments in adherence with Call Centre’s best practices. The Call Centre Associate will serve as a liaison between potential churches / businesses and our local Teen Challenge centres in regards to Teen Challenge bookings. A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ is essential for this role, as the incumbent is responsible for corresponding, verbally and nonverbally, with new and existing churches, sponsors and donors. Other responsibilities include: inputting data received into the database and performing administrative duties as required.
