**Responsibilities**:

- Represents clientele in requesting and obtaining medical records from healthcare providers
- Incoming and outgoing direct contact with customers by telephone
- Offer high quality customer service to determine needs of the customer, answer any questions, resolve, and fulfill requests
- Maintain knowledge on products and procedures to assist customers
- Suggest additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
- Uses provided computer equipment to update facility information and maintaining status for the record retrieval with provider offices, sometimes having to switch between multiple systems in the course of the day to update and retrieve information

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Must have previous call center or customer service experience
- We will provide training. Training is 2-4 weeks for which 100% attendance is required
- Demonstrates the ability to give attention to details, including planning, executing, and follow up procedures
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) with 90% accuracy
- Computer navigation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $2,900.00-$5,580.00 per month

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
