**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
