Mortgage Fernando Inc. is a leading mortgage brokerage focused on delivering a seamless client experience. We are expanding our team to support Mortgage Advisors in managing client relationships, lender submissions, and operational efficiency.

**Role Overview**:
The **Mortgage Assistant** plays a crucial role in supporting the Mortgage Advisor by handling administrative tasks, document collection, lender condition follow-ups, and client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & File Support**
- Collect, review, and organize client documents.
- Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare lender submissions and assist with underwriting requirements.

**Client & Lender Coordination**
- Communicate with clients to request outstanding documents and provide updates.
- Assist with closing coordination, ensuring all final conditions are met.

**Process Management & Efficiency**
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document tracking.
- Identify process improvements to streamline workflow.
- Support Mortgage Advisors in managing high deal volumes efficiently.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in a mortgage, banking, or financial services role
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to obtain a Mortgage Agent License within the first year (if not already licensed).

**Compensation & Growth**:

- **Base Salary**: $40,000-$45,000/year + bonus

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Mortgage Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Financial services: 2 years (required)
