Mortgage Agent Duties:
Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing suitable options
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including collecting necessary documentation and completing paperwork
Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a smooth mortgage approval process
Stay up-to-date with mortgage industry regulations and trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, addressing any concerns or questions that arise
Knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and guidelines is preferred but not required
