**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in understanding various mortgage products and options available to them.
- Evaluate clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure favorable rates for clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining client records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process to ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders.
- Background in financial services or related fields is preferred.
- Solid math skills for accurate calculations related to mortgages and financing options.

Pay: $60,500.00-$208,500.00 per year
