Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Agent/Broker at Haystax Mortgage (RH) Inc. Based in Mississauga, ON, this position combines in-office work with the flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients in securing mortgage solutions, offering advice on mortgage products, managing the end-to-end mortgage application process, evaluating client financial situations, and staying up-to-date with market trends and lending regulations to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
- Expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgages, including the ability to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable options
- Skills in Mortgage Marketing and ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with relevant technologies and tools in the mortgage industry
- Licensing as a Mortgage Agent or Broker in Ontario is required
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with financial regulations and lending guidelines
