Front Desk Manager

Idlewyld Inn & Spa is a small business in HOSPITALITY. We are professional, agile and customer-centric. We are a boutique establishment with high end customers who require exceptional customer service every time they walk through our doors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer service policies are followed.
- Able to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week (including weekends)
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Help organize group blocks
- Reconcile third party commission reports
- Hire and train new front desk employees
- Manage the front desk team; including request offs, calling in sick, or questions during their shift
- Assist Hotel Operations Manager with tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years in the hotel industry
- Use of Milano, OpenTable, and/or Maestro is an asset
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
