**About Make Space Inc. - Who are we?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Account Receivable, cash handling, credit card and bank deposits.
- Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Responsible for the maintenance of facility, both internal and external.
- Routinely inspect entire facility for cleanliness, security breaches and maintenance requirements for the yard, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance of landscaping and snow removal.
- Dispatching and working with our logistics partners to move containers for clients.
- Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
- Working as part of the team with other departments and Customer Contact Center.
- Accurate and detailed reporting.
- Taking payment from clients and helping with onsite access.
- Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintain units between clients.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Drivers License, willing to provide recent abstract
- Owns a reliable vehicle to move between facilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service, ability to build rapport with tenants, colleagues, vendors and management.
- Ability to manage client issues and look for solutions that work for all parties.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
- Stays motivated and works well independently.
- Positive and optimistic attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
