CARE Industries is currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated **Heavy Equipment Technicians** to join our team and become apart of our growing history.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Complete repairs, assembly, and inspections
- Installation and testing of all hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic components
- Troubleshoot and maintenance of equipment
- Work with various tools and equipment
- Proper use of PPE and ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- CVIP experience is an asset
- Experience with related equipment and hand tools
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting
- Possesses organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
- Must be able to take direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

**Education and Experience**:

- Registered Alberta Journeymen HET or 4th Year Apprentice

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- $1.00/Hr RRSP Matching after completion of 1 Year of continuous Service
- Alberta Blue Cross Benefit Package including Extended Health care, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability & Life Insurance, after Probationary period (90-day) completion
- Overtime after 8 Hours per day and/or 44 Hrs per week as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $65,520.00-$95,000.00 per year
