**About the role**

**Contract Length**: 14-18 months

**Annual Salary Range**:$60,000-$75,000

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Lead and coordinate recruitment from job posting through onboarding for roles across the organization.
- **Stakeholder Support**: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- **Screening & Interviews**: Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews (MS Teams), and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
- **Offer & Onboarding**: Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding coordination for new hires. Facilitate onboarding presentation for new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- **Recruitment Metrics**: Track and report on recruiting KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- **Recruitment Projects**: Contribute to projects such as co-op planning.
- **Vendor & Event Coordination**: collaborate with external job boards, recruitment agencies, and represent Westbow at job fairs or networking events.

**What we’re looking for**
- 1+ year of experience in a Recruitment-related role.
- Experience in an HR or administrative support position is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Intermediate level proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
