**Job Duties**:

- Greet customers upon entry to showroom
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Manage & organize [receive] parts shipments
- Engage with clients & work alongside our designers
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Sign for packages coming into the office
- Open & close showroom [keyholder]
- Maintain showroom [light cleaning]
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook
- Outgoing, motivated & positive demeanor
- Task oriented & well organized
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

We will provide training and there will be a 6-month probationary period.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
