**Responsibilities**

The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in managing the administrative processes of PowerUp Leadership. They will be responsible for managing scheduling, social media, and other administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

  • **Scheduling**:Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • **Marketing Support (including social media)**: Support ongoing marketing activities by assisting with content coordination and scheduling, maintaining a consistent online presence, and helping keep marketing materials and communications organized and up to date.
  • **Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
  • **Document Management**: Review documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • **Invoicing**: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  • **Project Support**: Assist with ongoing projects and administrative tasks as needed, helping ensure deliverables and deadlines stay on track.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a Canadian accredited university or college, received within the last year required (January 2025 to current).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to communication.
  • High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales software (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an asset.

**Additional Information**

  • Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
