**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, particularly in technology sales.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and outside sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong account management skills, with an emphasis on building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
