Our award-winning Medical Aesthetic Clinic and Flagship of Skin Ceuticals, is now hiring an store manage for our brand-new Vancouver Kerrisdale location.

This is potentially a full-time position, that is a hard-working individual, self motivated and a team player. With good speaking, writing and social skills.

KSM has been providing physician-directed treatments, Lasers, Facials and Injections for over 20 years. We are Under the supervision of Medical Director and we are a team of expertly trained and highly experienced skin care specialists. We take pride in our professionalism, values and integrity to ourselves and on the personal patient care we provide.

- **Operations**:

- Achieve budgeted sales, sales increase, and targets.
- Provide a strong presence in the clinic and visibility during operating hours, allowing yourself to flow through every facet of the operation without getting locked into a position.
- Manage shift schedule to control labour cost.
- Management and monthly reporting with the Team.
- Partner with the medical physicians to promote efficiencies and evolve the practice.
- Lead staff in daily standup meetings and oversee team members in there daily roles

**Experience**:

- **Medical aesthetics: 1 year (required)**
- **Reception 2 + (required)**
- **Management or assisted management or team lead : 1-2 (required)**
- **Customer Service: 1 year (required)**

**Language**:

- **fluent English (required)**

**Salary**: based on qualifications and experience

Schedule:
