We deliver advanced medical aesthetic skin rejuvenation treatments with a focus on safety and efficacy. Our services include cosmetic injections, lasers, skin tightening and wellness treatments.

We are looking for a patient coordinator and sales consultant who is passionate about the Medical Aesthetics industry, creating and delivering exceptional experiences to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle new and existing patient inquires
- Follow up clients and leads to increase clinic bookings and enhance clinic loyalty
- Close sales on treatments and skincare
- Prepare patients for treatments and aftercare
- Manage appointment schedule and optimize clinic patient flow

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience working in medical spa setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales track record
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge and passion for medical aesthetic field
- Team player in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Ability to problem-solve, with sense of autonomy and initiative
- Attention to detail and safety orientated
- Integrity and trustworthiness
- Well groomed for professional cosmetic clinic

**The following are considered assets**:

- Fluency in Mandarin
- Experience working with IPL, Thermage, resurfacing laser, botox/filler, medical grade skincare, IV nutrition
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- Social media or marketing experience

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
